> **Pros**: First thing I like is that it's user friendly.  Once you understand the system you can do your entire estimate by just clicking your mouse buttons.  There is very little typing required.  This translates into a more efficient estimating process.
The second thing I like is that with the use of the data administration area you can make mass changes to almost every aspect of your estimates, both single projects and multi projects.
The third thing I really like is that it's linked to all our internal systems and the data is updated on a daily basis.  This translates into estimate accuracy, something very difficult to do with excel.

> **Cons**: What I like least about the Cost Management tool is the reporting capability.  This part is not user friendly if you need a report that is more complex than the included standard reports.  I would think there would be a way to make creating these reports simple for your average user to complete instead of requiring the Facton support team to get involved to make them for you.

> My overall experience has been great in that it replaced an excel model that was very difficult to keep updated with correct data.
I also like that if you need help, the Facton support team responds very quickly.
