She used to upload all of her study notes, presentations, and important documents to Google Drive. Since I had access to the files, I could easily open them from my workplace and print whatever she needed. This saved us a lot of time because I had access to a printer at work while she often didn't. My wife is an excellent physiotherapist, but she isn't very tech-savvy. Whenever she had trouble finding a file or needed something edited or printed, I could quickly access it through Google Drive from wherever I was. It made it easy for me to help her without needing to be at home or have her laptop with me. Now we continue to use Google Drive for important family documents, certificates, bills, and photos.
