> **Pros**: TrialLine's biggest pro for me was its ease of use in spite of having robust features. A lot of products tout ease of use, but then you start working with it, and you realize it does not have some capabilities that you need or would like. TrialLine offers so many ways to present information that to call it a timeline program actually undersells it. It's a persuasion tool; a storytelling platform. I highly recommend it.

> **Cons**: TrialLine could do more with AI. I get the sense there may be some resistance to incorporating AI into the product, but I am speculating based on reading the company blog.

> TrialLine works best for complex cases with a lot of data that is best laid out in linear fashion. It probably does more than a small MVA case needs, but for a case like med mal, e.g., it works great.
