In our environment, different locations tend to develop their own ways of working, so having a consistent set of templates, frequencies, and outputs is valuable. It limits the drift you typically get with paper-based or loosely managed systems. The usability is another strong point. The interface is simple, mobile-friendly, and doesn’t require technical expertise, which is critical in a quarry environment. In practice, that means inspections are more likely to be completed properly rather than just recorded as done. Where it works best for us is as a data capture tool.
