> **Pros**: \[sensitive content hidden\] is always willing to help with any problem.  If she doesn't know, she will find the answer for you and get back to you in a timely manner.  I had a billing issue and she was able to help get it sorted out.

> **Cons**: There are many improvements that could be made.  Scheduling / confirmations / locking appts could be way simpler.  When scheduling for a client, confirming and locking on that same page would be amazing.
> 
> Customer support staff is always willing and able to help with issues.  Generally can resolve any issues in one phone call.  If not, they always follow up.

> **Cons**: finding available reports that i need.  a report is not always available when I'm trying to find certain metrics.

> it's had it's ups and downs.  definitely better than what we had. they are always trying to improve so that's good.
