> **Pros**: User interface is nice, and allows you good operational control of the business. The onboarding process is thorough, yet I think you can make it more efficient if you had videos indicating the usual usage of the system. Value for money makes sense for me

> **Cons**: My personal customer support manager isn't responsive enough. It takes him 2-3 business days to reply to my emails which doesn't make sense in this era. I'm mostly frustrated about the price optimizer. I'm considering leaving the platform only because of that. Lots and lots of issues with it, and the results are really bad. I've tried reaching out several times to fix the issues there, but it seems the basics behind it are somewhat wrong, and it requires a lot of manual adjustments which causes me to relentlessly deal with the system and looking for the right pricing. This is the opposite of what I should get from it.

Native Channel Manager, Unified Inbox, easy to use UI, Multi Calendar view, Content API, property setup, and so much more. I've been a heavy user of guesty for over 5 years - there really is nothing better. As of late, you can also reach customer service agents directly for technical issues, which is huge. Security has improved, and all the new add-ons have further added to the value Guesty offers.
