Comments: A customer focused and forward thinking business providing a simple and cost effective system for small to medium size businesses

Pros:

Easy to use and visually attractive with simple and clear graphics. Prepared to make changes and amendments to improve the system for us where possible and reflect how our business operates

Cons:

Understandably designed to meet a wide range of businesses so some of the Apps not a natural fit with our working practices

Pros:

Ability to hold all of our employees data in one place and store important company documents. Employees like ability to request holidays via the app

Cons:

Would really like the app to have Irish holidays automatically preloaded on the app - would be a great additional feature

Used to be good at start but became poor without development support

Comments: It was very nice on start and engagement looked promising. After a few months, it became clear that the product is not developed. And this was a huge disappointment.

Pros:

It was pretty easy to get started, we liked the modular system. Pricing was also pretty fair.

Cons:

Basically, one-day core features stopped working, after one week's wait we had to switch to another product.
