Great Service

Comments: Learning the platform and tools required a strong investment at the beginning, the results were immediate. By automating processes and making decisions with data, we managed to substantially improve our profitability and customer satisfaction. The scalability of the system has also been key when it comes to continuing to grow. Without a doubt, I would recommend Dynamics 365 to any company looking to integrate all its business areas in a powerful way

Pros:

By having an intuitive and configurable interface, I was able to design custom workflows that significantly optimized our company's operations. From purchases to sales, through billing and support, everything was interconnected in a simple but very effective way. This greatly improved our productivity and freed up resources for other higher-value tasks

Cons:

When migrating data from other systems, it was not entirely clear how roles and access would be mapped. This created initial confusion for users, until I was able to precisely redefine the views, forms, and entities each profile could access. However, I recognize that the security model is very complete and flexible, it just required on my part to spend more time on the correct mapping from the beginning

Best Product in terms of Effective Business Solutions

Comments: Overall experience was excellent when it comes to looking for a business idea that requires high level of adaptability among the dynamic business scenario.

Pros:

Best platform to manage and synchronize sales and services among the customers all around the world. The classic features in the software are well-equipped keeping in view the needs of modern day business activities and thus proved as a blessing for businesses looking for dynamic and effective business solution sources.

Cons:

Complicated to understand for an entry - level aspirant. Consumes a lot of time to understand the basic technicalities of the software.

Comments: It’s a app that a go to if you want to learn your business get this app

Pros:

This app shows me just how my company is performing help to keep up on what I’m making and what I’m losing so I can see how to fix it

Cons:

The cost there apps that are close to doing what this app can do for free yet still this app is a most for all business owners

Comments: With a low budget we have made a lot of small automations, time savings, good businesscases!

Pros:

Easy to get started, low effort. Very important to work with competent people though, otherwise it's easy to go wrong and it could be hard/costly to repair misstakes.

Cons:

Price model for Marketing, we have many contacts but we contact them once or twice a year. Very expencive e-mails.

Pros:

Once you get the hang of using this system you can do a lot with it.

Cons:

If you're not properly training, it will be difficult to use.
