> **Pros**: It is a fantastic application. Very stable, few complaints. It includes much more than just the standard "Procurement \&amp; Maintenance" modules; in principle, it can also serve as a WMS. Furthermore, we use it extensively for everything related to HSQE. Those who see and understand the underlying logic find the application to be very strong, robust, and pleasant to use. It offers sufficient flexibility so that every role can work within it in a clearly defined manner, although this sometimes requires some creativity.

> **Cons**: There are some limitations here and there, which are also not easy for the developers to update. The application is very broad, which introduces increased complexity and causes things to sometimes be overlooked during new iterations. Fortunately, these are not very serious, and solutions are usually readily available. However, an overload of buttons and functions, and certain visibility (especially if you are not very familiar with the application) sometimes pose a problem, particularly for new users.

> This review is from the sys-admin, who has been working with it since day one. I have seen the system grow, across all departments. Users often come with questions like "would this be possible in Sertica?", and the answer is usually "Yes". Although more often it is: "Yes, but..." Nevertheless, it is a solid, robust application, of which I can really only speak praise. No software is perfect, but this one certainly tries very hard to present itself as reliable and good. And then you think you know the whole application, but sometimes I still let myself be surprised by little bells and whistles I wasn't aware of, and which ultimately turn out to be handy to use.

The Support team and designated PM is always ready to spare on new ideas and developments. &#10;The implementation of the Budget functionality has improved our cost control performance significantly and will have a huge impact on the integration between office and vessels, improving the performance on budgets and expenses.&#10;A major benefit is the cross-functional connections within the system. It provides transparency, traceability and reduces time spent on finding stuff - it is only a click away.&#10;&#10;The fact the office data and remote vessel data are synchronized so often and smoothly, making the database almost live - makes the day-to-day, hour-to hour operation so easy.
