> **Pros**: I had been researching farm management software for a client's organic farm and found Tend. I was really impressed with how tailored their service was to organic farming. Their crop planner tool was super useful. It provided our client with a streamlined roadmap for the season. Tend's onboarding and customer service was top notch. Big thumb's up.

> **Pros**: This software is amazing, has a ton of features and could be useful if you can figure out how to use it in your own.

> **Cons**: Zero support and limited online resources for finding answers.

> Overall, I was able to figure out how to use it last season, but this year, I had an issue with the software defaulting to last year and was unable to use it. I spent days trying to figure it out and my customer service request took A WEEK and I still have no solution so I had to cancel it. I’m the end, I waisted a ton of time. I recommend avoiding the headache and finding a different way to manage your farm.
