A learning process on automated process tracking
Comments: We took the tool in use at the time when it still was on developing stages and, therefore, we also got the opportunity to give user experience feedback to the development. The support received from Fingertip for use of the tool was most flexible and all contact with the fingertip team was efforless and easy.
Pros:
Connectivity with the teams. Implementation is easier when you may connect the tool with an already existing and used tool.
Cons:
The learning of the logic of the tool takes a while to lear (as always).
Enhancing management practises
Pros:
I like Fingertip because it gathers all the important management tools in to one place. The feature which I believe will be most beneficial once fully utilised with us is the asynchronous decision making. That particular feature is easy to use and efficient tool in Fingertip. I would think that especially remote teams would largely benefit from this single capability in Fingertip. As a user, I feel that Fingertip is quite seamlessly working in the well known ecosystem of Microsoft products and therefore feels to integrate to working methods as if thats been there forever.
Cons:
Someone needs to be somewhat familiar with Teams functionality. If you have experience and knowledge of Teams behaviour that will not be an issue.
Good way to manage a team
Comments: Seemed very user friendly program, unfortunately the internal will was not high enough to start using it.
Pros:
Clarity, a possibility to make agenda easily and also time the topics
Cons:
At this point, the price, since our organization did not want to commit to a program with a fee.
