Because I couldn't manage or cancel it, I chose to completely close and delete my account. Despite the account being closed, Cloudflare still charged my Mastercard. When I tried to email billing support, I received an automated reply telling me to log into the support portal. Since my account is deleted, logging in is impossible. There is no alternative way for a former customer to reach a human to stop unauthorized charges. > > Extremely frustrating.
