> **Pros**: Business Docx documents are sophisticated, polished, and the software enables me to deliver a tailored product to my clients.   The operating agreements are wonderful, and I can modify them once they're saved.  BD also comes with letters to professionals with relevant information.  Plus I can save the client's info to easily create modifications/addenda in the future.

> **Cons**: There could be even more templates, such as NFP agreements, but it's great for the basics.
