> **Pros**: They truly own the process from start to finish and set our internal front desk team up for success. Partnering with VHC allows us to greatly broaden our channel distribution, increasing visibility for our units/homeowners, without putting a greater burden on our internal front desk team and making sure calendars are synced. This gives us the opportunity to capture more demand on platforms guest want to book through.

However, having this be part of the bookings themselves creates alignment based on unit performance. We are both working to maximize the visibility and performance of every unit under our management. When they win, we win, \& the homeowner wins.
