> **Cons**: My problems might because we're a small agency, and don't use the program according what y'all had in mind. But, my supervisor prints out a review at end of month to show council. This number only shows closed cases. Some cases take a lot of time and work, and don't make the report. If the report could show activity of the case instead of closure, that would be great.

> I don't have anything to compare this program to, and I do find this program helpful. Code enforcement is currently handled by the police department. The city is divided in districts. I wish there was a messenger that would update everyone on what is opened and updates on each case.

> **Pros**: The MyGov software has been the best tool we have ever used for tracking and maintaining records for our Code Enforcement operations. The ease of use of the software and compatibility across platforms allows our inspectors to take the software from their desk into the field to perform inspections and re-inspections and upload photos to the software in realtime.

> **Cons**: If I had one criticism of the software, I would like to reduce the number of clicks to move from one step to the next.
> 
> My office implemented the MyGov Software applications in 2008  and we have been nothing but impressed with the level of excellence in the software and the team of support that comes with your subscription. The updates that they have made through the years have been seamless and their willingness to tailor the software to our needs has been invaluable. I anticipate continuing to utilize the MyGov applications throughout the remainder of my career and I would recommend it to anyone involved in government code enforcement activities.
