Others were completely outside my service area—sometimes more than 25 miles away—with no way to reliably correct that issue. In more extreme cases, I received leads from individuals in prison (I screen all leads through Forewarn), interior designers just browsing, and neighbors who were simply curious. Needless to say, the ROI versus the ROR (return on real relationships) was poor. I also had to request multiple changes to the AI text and email language, which felt overly aggressive and not aligned with my client communication style. The Market Reports provided are also very generic—something I would never send to a serious buyer or seller. They lacked substance and customization. I raised my concerns multiple times—first with my assigned rep, then with two other sales reps, and eventually escalated to the \[sensitive content hidden\]. Unfortunately, the issues persisted. Their CINC University training promotes a one-size-fits-all approach: “Make the calls, say the script. Make the calls, say the script.” If that works for your market, great—but if you value personalization and quality client relationships, I’d caution you to think twice. > > The cost of CINC is significant, and for me, it simply wasn’t worth it. My advice: Don't Do It\! Don't Sign the Contract\!
