Reviews of HubSpot CRM

A Valuable Tool for Streamlining Customer Relationships and Marketing in Cafes
Comments: Overall, my experience with HubSpot CRM for a cafe has been positive. It’s an intuitive and user-friendly tool that helps track customer interactions, making it easy to offer personalized service
Pros:
What I liked most about HubSpot CRM for a cafe is its ease of use, which helps manage customer relationships without complicated setups.
Cons:
The free version has limited features to use.
Alternatives Considered:
Elevates your business to the next level
Comments: CRM is the gold standard for marketing a client list or prospect database. The integration with third party softwares make this CRM a cruicial tool to online businesses and campaigns.
Pros:
Powerful CRM that was designed for marketing as the focus. The customer is really prioritized in this CRM helping you to build strong relationships and close sales.
Cons:
The price gets higher as you scale. Can be expensive for small businesses that work in smaller markets.
A Nightmare in SaaS: HubSpot's Sales Trap and Operational Chaos
Comments: Choosing HubSpot over Salesforce was one of the biggest, most damning decisions I've ever made for the growth of my company, Desygner, which boasts 40 million users. We initially moved to HubSpot due to a tempting 90% discount, but what seemed like a cost-saving choice turned into a nightmare that has plagued us for the past three years. HubSpot's sales team is stellar at their job, perhaps the only good thing about them. Their ability to upsell and ensnare us into buying more and more was phenomenal. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The product itself is a disaster. Buggy is an understatement. Confusing is far too kind. I love software, but this product makes me want to rip my hair out every time I use it. It’s so problematic and unreliable that my sales team flat-out refuses to use it. Despite investing over $150,000, the real cost isn’t just financial—it’s the lost opportunities and the mess this bloated, dysfunctional system has brought to our operations. HubSpot’s constant upsells are infuriating. To get anything reasonable done, you’re pressured into buying more features. The product is bloated, and I wouldn’t recommend it to any business, especially if you have more than a few employees. Even then, why bother? After enduring this chaos for three years, it’s time to escape. HubSpot was supposed to help us grow, but instead, it’s been a massive hindrance. If you value your sanity and business growth, steer clear of this nightmare.

Cons:
Buggy and unreliable Extremely confusing interface Ineffective and unusable for sales teams Constant upsells to access essential features Bloated and dysfunctional system Significant financial investment with minimal return Lost opportunities due to operational inefficiencies Buggy is an understatement. Provider of last mile solutions
Comments: I have been using HubSpot for about two years, and it has met most of our company's needs. The environment is logically structured and flexible, and the high-quality guides are helpful. I have consistently followed product innovations and tried to implement them in my work. It is also very useful and convenient to learn through HubSpot Academia.
Pros:
What I appreciated most is that the software encompasses the entire customer journey, from lead generation to customer service, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications.
Cons:
Due to the specifics of our business, it is inconvenient to make Quotations in HubSpot because each of our offers is unique. This includes the prices of custom product layout (picture), product, software, follow-up service, and installation services, which differ by country.
Alternatives Considered:
The best CRM in its price point
Pros:
The ease of use beats all the other CRMs at this price point in my opinion, it's genuinely so simple to get up and running and then scale according to business needs.
Cons:
I can't think of anything negative about HubSpot in the year and half we've used it.
Hubspot is the Best
Comments: We moved from Salesforce to Hubspot and it was a breath of fresh air. The sleek design and setup and the ease of use had our company at almost 90% utilization.
Pros:
The ease of use and how everything could be done in the platform
Cons:
I cant think of anything that I didnt like.
One Stop Shop for Your CRM
Comments: In the setting up process. I don't care for the fact I need to pay an integrator. I think Hubspot should do this.
Pros:
Easy to read, flows smoothly. Lots of options to customize my screen. Seem there are hundreds if not thousands of intergrations
Cons:
Sometimes can be overwhelming with the choices of what you can add to your command center.
Alternatives Considered:
An incredible tool
Comments: Overall, a positive experience but not necessarily affordable for small business
Pros:
The integrations are very helpful - for example all my phone calls, texts, and emails go into the platform automatically and tie into the contact
Cons:
It can be expensive with the add on features priced per user
Hubspot review
Comments: Really good. Our experience has been really good so far!
Pros:
More in depth customer information with significantly better customer communication.
Cons:
Nothing so far. Our experience has been really good so far!

HubSpot CRM Review
Comments: HubSpot CRM is an amazing site and though I'm still using the free plan, the intention is to eventually upscale to a paid version so as to utilize the more advanced tools and capabilities.
Pros:
HubSpot CRM is very user friendly also the free plan has features that other paid CRMs don't have so that's a plus for HubSpot.
Cons:
The paid tier is a little bit pricey compared to other CRMs.Larger establishments benefit more from paying more leaving smaller SMEs to opt for the free plan.
Alternatives Considered:
HubSpot is the go-to CRM for simplicity and for all the bells and whistles
Comments: HubSpot CRM is very quick to get set up and an essential toolkit for anyone managing clients, activity, pipelines, sales etc.
Pros:
The biggest pro of HubSpot CRM for me is the record keeping of contact history in my contact records.
Cons:
Sometimes all the advanced features can be a little complicated, but there is plenty of support to guide you through.
Best CRM lots of money can buy
Pros:
HubSpot excels in many things, contact/company/deal creation and association, email marketing, and automation. HubSpot really shines once the "Workflow" features are activated. Users can create automation that are, quite literally, only limited by your imagination. For example, form submissions on your website can lead to automated emails, adding a contact to a list, a sales pipeline, or hundreds of other things!
Cons:
Ease of use. Employees require a decent amount of onboarding to use HubSpot, and as your database grows, can become quite overwhelming and confusing to new employees. There are so many features and details that if a company doesn't have proper documentation, new employees can make quite a few mistakes with their data quite easily.
Comprehensive CRM
Comments: My overall experience with HubSpot CRM has been positive. Despite the issues with documentation, the platform has significantly improved our customer relationship management and streamlined our sales and marketing processes. With a bit more focus on improving user guidance, HubSpot CRM could be an unbeatable tool in the CRM space.
Pros:
What I liked most about HubSpot CRM is its all-in-one approach to managing sales, marketing, and customer service. The platform is intuitive and offers a wide range of features such as email tracking, lead scoring, and detailed analytics. The integration with other HubSpot tools and third-party applications is seamless, making it a versatile solution for businesses of all sizes.
Cons:
What I liked least about HubSpot CRM is the poor documentation. It can be challenging to find detailed and up-to-date instructions or best practices for some of the more advanced features. It would be helpful to dedicate a team to review and maintain the documentation.

User-Friendly CRM
Comments: Overall, my experience with HubSpot CRM has been positive. It offers a user-friendly interface, especially with its advanced dashboard, but there are a few limitations in sequence reporting and re-enrollment that could be improved for more efficiency.
Pros:
What I liked most about HubSpot is its dashboard. The contact and company dashboards offer advanced filtering and are very easy to use.
Cons:
HubSpot Sequences could be improved in terms of reporting, as it mainly provides a high-level overview of sequences and templates without detailed A/B testing reports unless you manually check each sequence. Additionally, if you need to update an email in a sequence, you have to start from scratch, and there is no option to automatically re-enroll previously enrolled contacts. You'll have to manually re-enroll them in the updated sequence.
Great CRM for small business
Comments: This is a great CRM to use across a team. As a manager it is easy to track and see how the team is doing, KPI's can be tracked and recorded, but you can also see the small details of the effort of the team. The software is very intuitive, and easy for people to just make part of their daily routine. Helps to keep everyone on track and make sure that we are performing at our top capabilities.
Pros:
HubSpot is really easy to implement and has the features that my team needs. We have been able to onboard multiple account managers, and make sure they get up to speed quickly. The CRM is very intuitive, and one account manager can leave information for another to make sure deals are always being closed.
Cons:
It can be a little pricey on the monthly budget, but with the way it is used, it can be worth it.
HubSpot CRM is a wonderful tool to utilize client information and data
Comments: Overall HubSpot CRM is so nice to be able to link phone calls, text, emails and also see proposal amounts, what type of client they are and their contact information all in one place and as well as your co workers are able to go in and look/listen to what has been discussed.
Pros:
What I like about Hubspot is that is can hold several pieces of information about a client all in one spot. Having a place where you can look and see almost everything is great and it links different integrations.
Cons:
There isn't really any cons other than if you are not using the free version to utilize all the tools then the price could add up quickly.

HubSpot makes automated follow up and outreach easy for every member of your team
Comments: My experience with HubSpot has been wonderful. It's one of the best CRM tools that I've used before and really offers all the things you would need for your marketing team.
Pros:
HubSpot has a very in depth tracking system for contacts, allowing me to score leads and enroll them in automated workflows that push over performance and activity to reports that we can present.
Cons:
Some of the workflow functions can feel a but clunky if you have an incredibly personalized tracking system. Integration with other tools can also be a bit messy but HubSpot support is always there to be as helpful as they can be.

"Empowering Growth: A Comprehensive Review of HubSpot CRM"
Comments: HubSpot CRM generally offers a positive experience with its user-friendly interface, comprehensive features, and effective automation tools, helping businesses streamline their sales and marketing processes efficiently.
Pros:
The intuitive interface, comprehensive features, and robust automation capabilities are what I liked most about HubSpot CRM.
Cons:
One drawback I found with HubSpot CRM is that some advanced features may require additional payment beyond the free version, which could be a limitation for budget-conscious users or smaller businesses.
Hubspot Crm & Sales Pipeline
Comments: very positive, would highly recommend as a good start up CRM, ideal to move away from Excel or paperbase sales or customer service operations.
Pros:
Easy Setup, alot of a options before requiring an upgrade to a paid account. supportive account managers easy integration for email or gravity form capture.
Cons:
nothing really worked straight out of the box.

Customizing HubSpot CRM is easily possible which helped us get a perfect solution for our relationship management needs.
Cons:
We have never had any case with HubSpot CRM to this moment. It has been a smooth ride all along with no dislikes.
Best CRM Out There
Pros:
It's a very easy to use CRM at it's core, but contains so much depth and the ability to always take it a step further with automations and workflows
Cons:
The cost adds up quickly, and there are a lot of features that you have to upgrade to gain access to. The simple act of clicking a button you don't have access to will trigger Sales Reps to try, fairly aggressively, and get you to upgrade
HubSpot - Good Sales and Comms Tool but Limited for Small Businesses
Pros:
Its centralised communication and sales journey tools
Cons:
It's constantly changing without notification and seemingly aimed at large businesses, leaving small businesses with a disjointed experience and support.
Alternatives Considered:
Prepare to scale up your sales funnel
Comments: Has changed the way we deal with customers entirely both from a sales and comms standpoint
Pros:
The ability to manage customers higher up in their funnel experience where they are years from purchase
Cons:
The marketing emails could be better to allow easier customisation and a quicker setup process.
