For the first three months i was absolutely in love. Then the cold weather in Wisconsin Hit in late December. The Kisi system the promoted, DOES NOT WORK IN THE COLD\!\!\! Their own documentation says so. So I need to find another integrated access management system. So Joel VanderPol, the chief Revenue Officer says that they integrate with Gantner. Great lets move forward. Well after 10 months, thousands of dollars, and HUNDREDS of hours later, They can't make Gantner work. Their New recommendation is VERKADA. But they do NOT have any integrations in the US currently. The Verkada product is absolutely AMAZING. I can't say enough positive about their product. The only problem is, even tho they are a promoted partner they do not integrate with them on the most basic level. This is NOT a Verkada issue. It's overly customizable, which, from the sales call, seems great, but once you're in it and you have to do ALL the work because they won't build it, they will just show you the buttons to push.
