RealtyJuggler is $179 per year, or about $14.92 a month, billed annually with a 90-day free trial that doesn’t require a credit card. That's a pretty big price drop from what I was paying with WiseAgent, which is $49/month (or $499/year) for their most basic package. Everything I actually need is covered by the $179 per year that RealtyJuggler charges. Second biggest pro is the customer support\! Everyone on the support team works out of Colorado, and its nice to be able to call in and not get passed around to different people in a call center\! > > **Cons**: The only real con is the outdated user interface. Realtyjuggler feels like the costco of real estate CRMs. Both are kinda ugly and grey. But just like costco its an amazing deal for the price. > > RealtyJuggler covers what I need: transaction management, drip campaigns, reminders, and contact histories. It also includes customizable letter templates, email campaigns, text messaging through Twilio.com (optional, I don’t use it) postcard integrations, automatic backups with record recovery, and CSV export in a variety of formats. My data is portable if I ever needed to move it. It also receives leads from landing pages and any site with a “Contact Me” sort of form. And it imports from services like Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and Zapier, and will import directly from other CRMs, MLS records, and tax records, with repeatable one-click imports from sources like TheRedX and Landvoice. That made the initial data migration from Wise Agent painless.
