We use it to communicate when projects are completed/delivered in another software and it's a very handy tool for status updates between teams. The colorful icons that delineate whether a project is delivered or approved is the most helpful since I can scroll through dozens of projects at a time and see at a glance what still needs to be finished or approved by the next team. I also love the notes section which we use to communicate any "gotchas" or tougher parts of the projects. > > **Cons**: Aside from the one comments box when marking delivery, there doesn't seem to be any other areas for comment threads or communication -- thus that would need to happen outside of Plunet.
