The platform also provides a comprehensive, end-to-end solution covering policy administration, claims handling and reporting within a single environment. This significantly reduces operational complexity and creates consistency across the lifecycle of the product. In addition, the availability of real-time data and reporting has been a major advantage, giving us strong visibility over performance and enabling quicker, more informed decision-making.
