> **Pros**: Comprehensive features. KEA is the only product that gives "Effort" and "Results" on the same dash boards. E-Detailing module is very nicely built and is friendly.

> **Cons**: Doctor de-duplication is not handled on line. We need to do this exercise off line and update Dr lists accordingly

> Our customers have all liked using the software. Their testimonials are a source of encouragement.
