You are trying to squeeze a free tier to paid tier and the leap is just absurd from FREE, to $240 a year if paid monthly... I really wish there was a grandfathered in plan of sorts, and I hate to say it, my company would likely not pay even if it was cheaper, we would change platforms. This just added annoyance and pushed me to write this because I find it incredibly annoying. No $5 a month plan, no $10 a month plan, no straight to $20 to start out, and cut me off from using until I delete things. This is incredibly frustrating, I just spent an hour clearing stuff out to "comply". While it’s functional for internal tracking, it falls short in flexibility, automation, and ease of use for volunteers or part-time staff. > > We were initially extremely disappointed by the sudden account restrictions and lack of grandfathering for active customers. It felt abrupt and transactional, and we strongly considered leaving.
