> **Pros**: We have been able to automate every single manual task within our organization.  We are able to monitor and proactively validate the company policies.  The system offers limitless workflows, embedded e-forms and templates.  We can create reverse auction events, RFPs, RFIs, RFXs, purchase orders. We are able to compare bid responses and we can manage the spend categories with a few clicks.  The system is robust, yet it is so simple.  We love the fact that the system offers an "amazon" like user experience
