> **Pros**: The cost effective Reactore software was rapidly implemented and integrated to all our 3rd party software and hardware systems. We can now monitor all our mining activities in real time with alerts provided when there is a variance in planned verse actual along with recommended remedial action for mitigating any issues that may arise.

Our field personnel and operators have their required activities instantly provided to them, in their elected language,  via their handheld devices, which is tracked in real time to ensure timely operational fulfillment. 

I am able to monitor the performance of mining activities, at all times, which has transformed and optimised the way we work. We can now trust the integrity of our data viewed in the dynamic reports and KPI dashboards provided by the platform.

In summary there has been a marked upturn in our operational performance and bottom line as a consequence of digitalising our business with the Reactore platform.

After recognising Reactore understood mining and our business as well as provided a flexible platform as opposed to a rigid application, we installed Reactore’s MineOne software at one of our iron ore mines in early 2017.

We now have four of our mines running Reactore at the heart of our operations, with two more mines being commissioned as well as the roll out of an invaluable head office function.

Myself and colleagues are pleased with the overall solution provided by Reactore, their cost effective approach to our needs, their delivery and ongoing support with continual performance and functional updates that now also cross over from our mining operations into our processing activities.

As a group we can say with confidence that Reactore have had a profound and positive effect on our business and we are proud to be associated with them.
