This issue has been reported and is currently being investigated by the Enrolmy team. However, customer personal details can still be viewed via the Enrolmy Provider app. In addition, there are certain elements of the system that we are unable to amend directly, such as the reallocation of credits. Such as closing off clubs or consolidating payments. You have to remember to go into each thing to mark them off. > > It has been great. The initial set up for parents is longer than our previous provider but it is because it asks for all the details that we require to keep children safe.
