> **Pros**: My overall experience with DocuSign has been excellent. It saves me so much time not having to chase people for references. I also appreciate that it integrates with Hibob, which further streamlines the process by eliminating the need to upload documents and references manually. Additionally, the right to work checks are efficient and quick, making the entire process much smoother

> **Cons**: What I liked least about Zinc is that once a reference contact has been submitted, there doesn’t seem to be an option for the employee to update that information. This can be a bit inconvenient if there are changes or errors in the contact details.
