We have been using this software from quite long and they keep updating it with new features and modules.. &#13;&#10;Sales enquiry management covers complete sales life cycle , we can send quotes and proposals from here, we can manage follow-ups,  Manage our sales order, Manage Delivery Notes, Create invoices from here it self. And most important is that complete communication with customer is captured and tracked enquiry wise.&#13;&#10;Purchase Management helps to get prices from vendors and compare them and place purchase orders from the system itself.&#13;&#10;Customer Support Management modules helps to track all complaints from customers. and all communication regarding that complaint. we can assign complaints to different support staff and reports can be generated customer wise or employee wise .

> We are using this product at our organisation for managing sales enquires and customer support. The product is really good, No per user charges. Its a web application and we installed this On premise.  And almost 100 of our sales executives use sales enquiry management. &#13;&#10;Our Purchase department use this app to manage purchases. &#13;&#10;Our accounts department use this app for payment tracking. &#13;&#10;And almost 40 of our customer support executives use this to manage customer complaints and projects. &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;The product is free and they charge only for annual support which also is again very low. &#13;&#10;Overall a very great product at zero price.
