> **Pros**: I like that the product tells me exactly what I need to know and reminds when I need to re certify on something.  It also tells me how up to date my staff are which is helpful when they have 3rd party projects to work on that requires them to be at a certain certification level.
> 
> **Cons**: I tend to forget my password.  Be nice if it was compatible with AD - it may actually be compatible but we just don't have it enabled.
> 
> The big benefit is if we identify something that is important for us to know such as a policy, procedure or certification - we have no excuses now for not knowing it.  It makes us accountable as an organization.
