Alternatives Considered:
Great for Marketing Projects
Comments: I love it, it's my app of choice for most of my marketing processes.
Pros:
A lot of templates to start with. Highly customizable.
Cons:
Pricing depends on the number of users. A free account allows you up to 1000 registrations.
Airtable review
Comments: Overall, Airtable provides a great balance between simplicity and power, making it an excellent choice for managing projects, organizing data, and streamlining workflows. Its intuitive design and customization options make it user-friendly for individuals and teams. However, limitations like pricing and scalability might pose challenges for larger or more complex use cases. It’s a fantastic tool for most collaborative and medium-scale tasks, offering a smooth and productive experience overall.
Pros:
It’s collaboration tools, customizable views and automation and integration is the most I like about AIRTABLE.
Cons:
Pricing and scalability and offline functions are not that great
Clunky with a dedicated niche userbase
Pros:
Airtable has sort of carved its own niche for task management
Cons:
The initial setup seems difficult. Navigation is not user-friendly unless you get used to it, which takes a lot of time.

Streamline your CRM & Grants Tracking with Airtable
Comments: We use Airtable for tracking grants and as a CRM. It's a wonderful tool for sharing data across teams.

Excellent tool for sorting and tracking data

It take a little learning to set up color coding for columns and moving rows.
Easy to use
Comments: Easy to use with team and share plans/assets.
Pros:
Easy to use, easy to plan and collaborate and store assets.
Cons:
Nothing really I can think of. Maybe an easier notification system.
Airtable Review
Pros:
Airtable has a really nice visual interface and some cool collaboration features, which makes it a breeze to work with your team. Being able to create custom apps without no coding is a major plus too
Cons:
The free version has limited records and features, which is a bit of a bummer. Also the formula options are not as advanced as in traditional spreadsheets, I guess
A great tool to build products with
Pros:
It's API and the ability to use it also as a database
Cons:
It could have some better SDKs probably for typescript.
Easily integrates to store collected feedback in one place
Pros:
Airtable integrates well with our other tools so all the customer feedback is stored in one place.
Cons:
I am not overly familiar with the search functionality.
Airtable's been brilliant
Comments: It's a fantastic option for organizing data and collaborating with teams
Pros:
The collaborative features are excellent for teams, and the free tier offers a lot of value
Cons:
It’s been reliable, though, at times, the learning curve can feel steep for users who are unfamiliar with databases
Your Next Database
Pros:
I like how it offers multiple views (grid, calendar, Kanban) and allows for automation and collaboration through relationships between tables
Cons:
The more advanced features can be a bit tricky to use
Excellent database tool for all kinds of purposes
Comments: Bittersweet...it served us well, but to unlock the most useful features we had to pay a lot of money.
Pros:
Great user interface, and incredibly flexible.
Cons:
In order to have better record views, one must upgrade.
Powerful and Flexible Tool
Comments:
We use Airtable on a daily basis and recommend it to all of our clients
Once you gain the knowledge to use it, it becomes a really powerful tool
The learning curve is a bit steep though
Pros:
It can be as complex or as simple as you make it, really flexible tool

The learning curve was hard, especially when dealing with the API

Handy Collaboration Software for Remote Teams
Comments: We've been very happy with the service from Airtable for managing some of our tasks and collaborative environments. It has a very intuitive design, you can just pick it up and start using it as soon as, and it basically requires no setup which was good for our IT resources. Other than that, it's reasonably priced, and maintains good performance even when a few people are working on the same sheet at the same time. Very happy overall.
Pros:
We really enjoy having a lot of different features available that we can explore, mainly stuff like document management, database, and data workflows. It lets you cover different needs without having to get a few separate tools and ten have to sync them together. The ability to consolidate all those feature sunder one roof is also good for the budget of course.
Cons:
I'm not sure if it rises up to the level of tools like Monday and Asana for project management. There aren't as many project customization options and it tends to get a bit all over the place when the number of projects starts to increase. It would be good to have more views for projects and more customizations on the project level.

Airtable Streamlines Client/Agency Collaboration
Comments: We have also used Airtable as a database for clients -- it's a great collaborative tool and has more flexibility than Google Sheets/Excel.
Pros:
Airtable makes it easy for our agency to collaborate with clients on content management. Previously, we used Asana but the client could see too much into our internal back-end and collaboration. Airtable allows clients to see the front end, as well as submit revision request. This creates a cleaner, more professional experience for our clients.
Cons:
It has come with a slight learning curve, but if you take the time upfront to determine the most efficient ways to set up your bases; the time it takes to set it up/learn is minimal compared to how much time it will save you long-term!
Excellent application integration and fast database creation
Comments: Using Airtable, we are able to consolidate data for teams working in different locations, ensuring that everyone always has access to the most up-to-date information. I can organize and analyze seemingly impossible data on a spreadsheet with the help of Airtable, and I can even perform some really deep reasoning without knowing how to code.
Pros:
I appreciate the adaptability. With the help of drop-down menus, department-specific colors, and the ability to sort data by any number of criteria, I can easily organize my data into useful chunks. Though I'm only just getting started with Airtable, I'm enjoying my time with it and am looking forward to learning all there is to know about it.
Cons:
It can be cumbersome to keep track of which users have access to certain databases and tables, therefore you may prefer to use a different platform when communicating with stakeholders.
When it comes to managing information, we trust Airtable
Comments: The way I organize my app development tasks has been revolutionized by Airtable. The ability to automate mundane, time-consuming procedures is one of my favorite benefits of this software. Smooth linkage between distinct tables and capacity to connect varied data.
Pros:
Opportunity data may be stored and managed effectively with Airtable. It is easy to use, inexpensive, and constantly evolving. When it comes to managing and receiving business possibilities for our marketplace, Airtable is a godsend. I really like how it relates to softrand. WHAM! Now I have a fully operational subscription app.
Cons:
At first, Airtable may seem complicated. There are many features and customization possibilities, making it first difficult to grasp if you are not already proficient with relational databases.
Flexible and User-Friendly Project Management with Airtable
Comments: My overall experience with Airtable has been great. It’s a highly flexible and intuitive tool that makes organizing data and managing projects simple and efficient. It’s especially useful for collaboration and creating customized workflows to fit specific needs
Pros:
What I like most about Airtable is its flexibility and ease of use. It combines the power of a database with the simplicity of a spreadsheet, allowing for customized workflows, data organization, and collaboration. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage projects and track tasks efficiently.
Cons:
The only downside to Airtable is that some advanced features require a paid plan, and it can get a bit complex when managing large datasets
Great for organizing and managing projects
Comments: Airtable was versatile and useful for managing creative projects and tracking design tasks. It took a bit of getting used to, but once familiar, it really streamlined organizing work.
Pros:
Airtable’s combination of spreadsheets and databases stood out, making it easy to organize and manipulate data while offering the flexibility to customize workflows for different projects.
Cons:
Some features are locked behind higher-priced plans, which could be limiting. Also, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming when setting up more complex workflows.
This is the cool brother of your office package
Comments: It has been extremely beneficial and we use it absolutely every day. There are drawbacks, for sure, but once you learn how to navigate it and use this tool, it will be game-changing.
Pros:
Airtable feels like the cool brother of Office packages out there. It is great for keeping track of project statuses, or the status of work left undone. It also allows you to build forms that will populate the data in their version of spreadsheet, which is highly powerful and supports some cool features, such as complex relational data structures, that usually other competitors don't.
Cons:
There are a few downsides to Airtable. As a user, they could offer better reporting and analytics, this way our teams could better understand what is working and what could go better just by assessing data. Also, sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming to use its customisation options.
Airtable truly is a powerful database for the rest of us.
Comments: I run our entire company on Airtable. It started small and got bigger and more complex over the years. I could not have done it with any other similar platform. A tiny bit of coding can make your life on Airtable even easier—and the best part is that ChatCPT can write those lines of code for Airtable in no time. It's a dream-come-true.
Pros:
The simplicity of a spreadsheet. The power of a full-blown, but easy-to-use database.
Cons:
There is a tiny bit of a learning curve, but once you've understood the thinking behind everything, it's all logical and easy.
Airtable is a MUST have for business and for life!
Comments: I love Airtable and have been a user for about seven years. I use it daily for my business and my personal life. It keeps everything organized just the way I like it. The visual customization of the tables is crucial for someone like me who is a visual learner. Now with the introduction of ChatGPT I can expand my Airtable functionality by providing scripts and formulas that I otherwise would not be able to create.
Pros:
I love almost everything about Airtable. It's functionality is unmatched and I love the customization that's available. The automations are a life saver.
Cons:
I hate the cost. It's unbearably expensive for a one-person business who needs to have their clients be able to use the platform. It would be easier to digest if collaborator billing was on a tiered plan or if the admin/owner price was slightly higher to avoid making collaborators billable.
Totally Worth It
Comments: Great experience using this app. Easy to collaborate with your team and really simple to use. The AI feature is also really neat. Helps bring out the creativity in everyone and definitely makes for more interesting and valuable projects.
Pros:
I enjoyed the ease of use for this software. The simplicity and design of the webpage is very pleasant. I liked how easy it was to collaborate with coworkers and manage projects together. All around a great app!
Cons:
The only thing is the limitations with the different plans that there are. Seems like once you upgrade, you have to give up some tools to get different ones. Other than that it is still great.
Simple Yet Powerful Project Management
Comments: It makes project management simple and flexible, perfect for teams that need a customizable tool to keep projects organized.
Pros:
Organizing team projects was easy because I could use it’s templates to create task boards and keep everyone on track.
Cons:
The mobile app feels a bit limited compared to the desktop version.
Versatile,simple and robust software
Pros:
Airtable is an easy to use software which allows us to link fields from different tables,The fact that it offers thousands of templates is just incredible.Another thing I like is that it integrates with other applications making it the best in it's field as well as enhancing efficiency.
Cons:
It can perhaps be slower to run with a large data set.
Airtable: Event planning and project management
Pros:
I love the flexibility that comes with the tool which makes it possible to manage various projects.
Cons:
The tool is effective and i have not seen any challanges.
