There was a team effort to onboard our staff. Each person was knowledgeable about their particular area and was incredibly helpful. > > **Cons**: There are some quirks about the platform like, when printing a pdf the text in the blue box is black and difficult to read and the font color for a signal message is very light on the grantee dashboard side. > > At onset the pacing of the onboarding process was set well, and the team was very accommodating. The staff building the product frequently answering questions and willing to 'tinker' to service the need of our organization and the uniquities of having our membership agencies as grantees. During the initial testing process, we felt like we could have benefited from more guided instructions (we don't know what we don't know) and perceived that we needed more time during refinement as we had a different perspective/ understanding of how the system worked and needed to make the necessary adjustments.
