The calendar runs top to bottom, left to right, and is much better. The customer card is stuidp the customer card should be a full screen and have everything, including appointments. Charging for sms is dumb in an age where you can sms for free. Also, the credit card charges are the highest in the industry. > > If I could combine what I love about my old CRM into field routes and make it way more user-friendly, I would. And make a mint as well. It was too techy.
