Some glitches remain with sending confirmation emails etc > > Overall, leagues ahead of the last booking system we used. The cleanliness of the engine back office is excellent. Little foibles around automated communication could probably be cleared up if I simply took time to explain issues to support, however everyone is too busy in the season to do this. No reminder for payments. > > The people answering the support tab are 99% very nice. I have talked to couple of them, and I always found nice, polite and competent people. Those who had to help with installation, however, were totally inexistent. They convice you to buy it and then they do not follow up at all. They make you feel inadequate as if you are not computer literate you can die\! they make you download give you few hints and you need figure it out yourself. We had no support on how to fix rates, how to understand things and how to continue.
