Surprisingly sophisticated features (e.g. linked databases) without compromising ease of use.

> **Pros**: I like that the software is easy to use and navigate through. However, I had to teach myself a lot of the functionality to be able to get to this stage. I think it is clear and easy to understand and like the features such as customisable dashboards, discussion forums and events

> **Cons**: I think that the reporting system is difficult to use and understand, I had to contact the Support team several times to get my reports to a stage where I could replicate the template and create another version. 

Also I think it needs to be integrated with Microsoft Outlook in terms of the events calendar as the site is currently something members have to log into to use. 

Having the email notifications come from a name rather than Kahootz would help us with engagement and personalisation.

The functionality that we have is basic but allows us to achieve everything that we need to and we have had comments saying that the technology is great for team collaboration and updates. However, in order to keep our membership engagement high, there are elements that could be improved upon such as reporting, functionality and emails.

> **Pros**: Kahootz is a feature rich browser based collaboration tool that is a key enabler in allowing TD-Info, a membership organisation, to run projects and focus groups to the benefit of all plus it is our business administration tool.  It is used in all aspects of our business and it is a business critical application - so the availability guarantees that underpin the Kahootz service vastly improved our resilience.  It is also important that that it is UK owned and hosted. It is very intuitive to use and 99% of our users have received no formal training, but very capable of exploiting its many features.

> **Cons**: The software is continually evolving and there have been a number of major updates that TD-Info have exploited to support its business, 2 examples spring to mind, the linked database functionality and the dashboard.  Functionality requiring further development is database reporting, database views, and automated data exploitation using triggers.
