Using templates that were already available made it extremely easy to pick and choose what we needed. To add to that, dynamic contracts based on a short interview with the clients, while setting up various deadlines and clauses made it so much more easier to keep track of. Gone are the days when we needed to spends hours or days reviewing and checking up on files. Since 90% of the industry has moved their business to the cloud, it has become common place and we have to take it as a cost of doing business. > > Before we got on board with Updraft, all contracts were put together manually. They also ensure that all agreements used by clients are up to date with changes in legislation. Having additional agreements (which are not frequently used by the client) which can easily be generated from the system is very beneficial. The fact that it is web based means it can be accessed from anywhere.
