> **Pros**: Easy to set up, pricing is good compared to other live chat apps. We were able to upload our own customized chat button to be on brand with our company.

> **Cons**: It's not clear how to filter my business IP out of analytics. I also found it odd that a company that sells live chat buttons wouldn't have one on their own site. I reached out to them via email and received a message stating they were transitioning their customer support team and response times would be significantly delayed.

> We've only been using Pure Chat for a few days and so far everything seems to be running smoothly. We were using Jivo Chat which just sent a notice that they are doubling their prices, so this is a great alternative.
