The company stopped replying despite the fact we paid for the service. > > We signed a contract in early 2024 for the implementation of this system, with a clearly defined implementation timeline between January and March 2024. As of April 2026, the implementation was never completed and the system was never delivered in a functional state that could be used in our day-to-day operations. We stopped hearing from the company. Throughout the process: - timelines were repeatedly missed - meetings were frequently postponed or cancelled at short notice - follow-up was slow and inconsistent - configurations presented did not reflect our operational requirements Despite investing a significant amount of time on our side and making continuous efforts to move the project forward, the system never became usable. The impact goes beyond the implementation fee (€1,830). For over two years, our company remained dependent on an implementation process that never materialised, delaying internal development and preventing us from pursuing alternative solutions. We requested a refund of the implementation fee given that no functional implementation was ever delivered. This request was refused based on a “non-refundable” clause, despite the implementation not being completed within the agreed timeframe nor resulting in a usable system.
