Best Internet based Business The board Programming
Comments: I love the ease and the benefits that I get from the program and I wouldn’t trade it to go back down to paper and pen to manage this company
Pros:
The way that it gives me every one of the advantages and elements of a standard business the board programming program while not paying or have the PC space to have the whole QuickBooks program I love the way that I can likewise sign on PCs since I just need an And There every one of my documents are upheld on it.
Cons:
I disdain the way that I'm at Peril to Have every one of my records deleted or split the difference.

What I like most about QuickBooks Online is its ease of use, making it accessible even for those who aren’t accounting experts. The fact that I can access it from anywhere is incredibly convenient, especially when I need to manage finances on the go. The integrations with other tools and services are also a huge plus, streamlining many aspects of my business operations.
Cons:
The downside is that sometimes it can be tricky to find the right report or to filter out the exact information I need. However, this does tend to improve as you become more familiar with the software. It’s a minor learning curve, but one worth noting.

Comments: I used this program for two years before I got fed up with their lack of support and switched to another company.
Pros:
I liked the most that this was available on line
Cons:
Customer Service and ease of use. Intuit's customer service for this product is almost non existent. They insisted I short paid them on payroll taxes. Charged me a late Fee only to have the IRD refund 100 percent ad an overpayment. Yet intuit pocketed the extra fee which was well over $100.

Comments: Overall, it has been a huge help to my business, saving me hours each month of having to manually check for paid invoices, and when sending them stragith from the site once created. The receipt tracker is great and was the main reason I chos QuickBooks as I tried others the weren't as fast, or good at extracting information from receipts correctly.
Pros:
The Receipt Tracker is great. I can upload/email receipts/invoices to my account or take pictures of them on my phone, and QuickBooks will extract the information in them for me saving me hours of time each month tallying up my expenses. Being able to link my accoun to my Bank Account is great as it helps when marking invoices as paid. I don't have to manually check my bank account t osee if each invoice was paid saving hours each month. The reporting features are great for quick looks at how your business is running over the month/months.
Cons:
The site is slow responding to clicks and loading. It does not allow you to use your own domain when sending invoices, which can cause issues as they can be blocked as spam on some clients filters. Some things can only be done on the website or the app, and not both.
Successfully Using QuickBooks Online
Comments: I am very pleased with QuickBooks Online. I mostly use it for the Accounts Receivable portion of the program and I have had much success with being able to import payments and contributions from 2 other programs that we currently use - Donor Perfect and CampMinder. The interface between the two programs and QB Online has been flawless!
Pros:
QuickBooks Online is a very user-friendly program. There are several helpful articles/FAQ's/how-to's that are useful, and if they don't help, the Assistant is there as well with helpful tutorials. We have used this program for 4 years now and I would highly recommend it. The possibilities are endless!
Cons:
At this point, I can't think of any cons of the program!
