Comments: Excellent. I love the team and their customer service.
We have been with them from the start so have seen the growth and how well they have improved the system.

Pros:

Ease of use Allows for automation of tasks Clean user face on the front end and back end Love the team behind it

Cons:

Some features are not consistent e.g. you can sort by name order on the subscriptions tab for set up, but not for cancelled Some very simple features take a very long to implement if we request them

Great system

Comments: Makes it easier for customers to return to book. It’s easy for me to see customers details, any health problems and ages so I k ow how to tailor my sessions. Very easy for me to change sessions when asked by customers. I can set up lots of different sessions easily and can hide them for early link for my mailing list before opening them up before anyone else. If there’s something I’m not sure of, I can usually find it by looking through the website sir then asking the team if I can’t see what I want.

Pros:

Easy to use, straight forward navigation

Cons:

No straightforward way to credit customers

Comments: handling payments

Pros:

Handling payments and being able to show or hide classes from our members

Cons:

a calendar view would be a more intuitive interface e.g. click on a date then be able to add classes as required with all the usual features, then you can see on the calendar view what you have planned and when, this would save transferring an annual plan to excel for example, integrating products could be better, for example we have multiple class types occuring on the same date at the same venue. Ideally we would like to be able to book members in to these multiple classes and then integrate them to give one attendance list.

Comments: Brilliant demo and trial period. I'm in my second school term and all setup for the summer term too. It has and is saving me so much time and so much admin ! The support is fantastic too when I have had a query and cannot find it in the "help" section.

Pros:

Ease of use, very user friendly, which stops the amount of emails and queries I receive. Also the payment via stripe saves me so much time !

Cons:

I would like a search by student facility. At the moment I can search if I have the parents email address only ?

Comments: Fantastic and C4K’s waiving of the monthly fee during Covid was a welcoming gesture

Pros:

Good functionality and always looking to improve to give the parents an easy way to book and secure free trials and spaces and for business the best opportunity to look professional and keep things organised!

Cons:

Editing a camp days etc after setting it up.

Class4Kids is a MUST!

Comments: Very good experience overall. I did have concerns last year when we wanted to transfer from term payments to monthly subscriptions. I repeatedly asked if I could speak to someone so they could help me through the set up but I just keep being referred to the online instructions. I couldn’t figure some aspects out so as such I had to leave it and have stuck with the term payments. I would really like to revisit this and get the subscriptions sorted soon but I felt I certainly didn’t get the support with the transition last time. It’s a big step and risk if you are unsure of what you are doing.

Pros:

The Class4Kids system changed the way we ran our business entirely. The system is so user friendly, actual real time figures are available, finding customers past and present, up to date resisters are all available at the click of a button. Admin time has reduced drastically which means we can now focus on growth instead of constantly chasing payments. Children cannot access a class without paying for it first. The system has changed how we run completely, the tech staff are fantastic and prompt with answering any questions regarding the system and overall we are so grateful to be using Class4Kids in our business.

Cons:

My two wishes is that whilst the communication to all the parents is easy and effective, we currently cannot send any necessary attachments. The main glitch is being unable to send promo flyers and class videos for our existing and new classes, half term camps and other things we need to promote. Visually, our colourful branded flyers get more response than just a carefully worded email. We now have to send these by using another system, Mailchimp. If it was a whole integrated system m it would save a lot of time and effort that could be used elsewhere. Secondly, I think and so do a lot of our parents that an app would be very beneficial as some parents constantly ask us for how how to pay for the classes despite being sent links over.

Comments: Incredible

Pros:

The ease of setting it up and using it. Also so straightforward for busy parents or guardians to use too

Cons:

Nothing at all it was a dream, especially like the email set up to email all. Would like to see an option to be able to just email a specific term though without having to email everyone.

Overall great booking system

Comments: I love the system. It is so easy to use and looks great to customers. It has cut down my admin time massively and would recommend to others to use. The only downside is some missing features I would like to see. I asked if there was someone I could speak to about these ideas but was told they only deal with queries and ideas online and not via phone call. I found this very odd, I didn't feel all that valued as a customer at that time. However generally it is a fab system.

Pros:

The cut down on admin time and the layout and look of the system for customers

Cons:

The platform fees are quite high and there are some functions you cant use unless you absorb all platforms fees. which workout costly to the business

It's working pretty well,and makes life much easier

Comments: My overall experience has been very positive. The parents find it easy to use and straightforward to pay tuition fees. It's really easy to use on my end and helps me manage the income and saves time as parents can book straight into a class.

Pros:

It makes it easy for parents to book into classes and pay tuition fees. I like that parents can book into the full term at the same time, as most other booking software requires parents to book each week individually which is just a nightmare. I love how easy it is for parents to use and how clean the emails look. And how simple it is to send invoices and manage the tuition fees. It's saved me hours of work each term.

Cons:

I would really love for these three features to be included. 1)To be able to schedule emails ahead of time, (I'm having to use mail chimp just now) 2) To be able to offer appointment bookings that sync with my google calendar. I do one on one tutoring sessions,and currently use 10to8 to allow parents to see the available appointments and book into an available slot. 3) to be able to sell tickets for one off events to members and non members. I currently use event brite for this. My one off events include the end of year party, monthly storytelling events. I'd be willing to pay a little more if these things could be included.

Could not recommend enough!!!

Comments: I absolutely LOVE class for kids. I'd been searching for years for a system that did everything I needed: payment, email messaging, bookings, cancellations, price adjustment. before class for kids I actually had to give up my passion of teaching to be doing the "admin" aide of the business and there was just so much. using class4kids has allowed me to be a teacher again.
Parents love the easy to use system and that they don't need to wait for me to respond or confirm their space during work hours.
I've recommended class4kids to all my other dance teacher friends!

Pros:

So easy to set up and use. It has saved me a ridiculous amount of time which normally would have taken me away form my passion of teaching. Simple, effective and all the features needed for my sessions to run smoothly. Love the email messaging and text messaging service to all my parents.

Cons:

With not trading much in the year 2020-2021 if a child was not signed up on the system for a year the full contact would be deleted. I didn't realise this - think there should maybe be a reminder sent out that "you will lose these contacts soon" so you could reenroll them if needed.

Comments: This is such an easy to use system and has freed up so much admin time.

Pros:

Brilliantly easy to use and consolidates all aspects of club admin. Great for setting up and managing lots of different classes/sessions. Easy payment & subscription features.

Cons:

Offline register don't seem to work anymore, this leads to not having a simple check-in button for the session (Only minor). Not being able to attach documents to an email sent from within Class4kids.

Comments: Very good experience, always happy and quick to help. Also they were really helpful during the difficult times. Thank you!

Pros:

It helps my classes to be very organised, different options available and easy to use. Communication with parents is easy

Cons:

It would be nice to have the option of single days payment as this is something parents ask, specially the in-person classes. I know there are options but found it not easy to do. When sending links for online classes, some parents prefer to have the ID number rather than the link to clock so I would suggest having them both

A must have admin product for any business

Comments: High level service, customer care and a fantastic product.

Pros:

I couldn’t recommend this software more highly! It changed how I worked and gave me back precious hours to spend with my family. As the director of the business, I used to have to plough through registers and chase payments which was not why I became a dance teacher. Class 4 Kids has given me back the fun side of my job!

Cons:

The only reason I’ve looked at switching is because Stripe take too much money. Quite often emails send to junk and parents say they haven’t received.

Comments: I have been really impressed with the support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team always giving detailed information about how to understand the system better. Excellent customer service. I like the system and it helps me run my business efficiently saving me time and paperwork.

Pros:

I really like how much time it saves me having this automated online system that helps me organise my groups. It reduces my work load massively by allowing parents to sign up easily and make payments online without handling cash each session.

Cons:

It took a while to get used to using a new system and adapting to this software but there's plenty of guides online of how to use the system. I think it would be great if I could score the players who attend my sessions on a number of categories for each term. This would help show development levels, progress and parents can be sent an automated report on their performance/behaviour level/attendance. Allowing trophies or certificates to be awarded based on these categories would then be possible.

Comments: The C4K team are incredibly helpful with any queries and have been a great support during the pandemic.

Pros:

C4K is the best investment I have made for my Dance School administration. It is the perfect management system for organising classes, registers, contact information, invoices, payments, automated emails, it does it all! New customers are able to view class information and book in with ease.

Cons:

I wish I had signed up to it sooner, it has reduced my admin time greatly.

Class4kids system is life changing!

Comments: Saves paper work, time, registers, contacts, signing in overall excellent system.

Pros:

Everything! It’s very easy to use and does everything my business needs.

Cons:

You can’t attach anything to emails which is a downside. I have to use another email software for this which is time consuming. During lockdown I was sending worksheets fir students and couldn’t attach them via class4kids but everything else is perfect.

Class4Kids has made my life so much easier!

Comments: Excellent.

Pros:

Easy to set up. Intuitive interface. It's streamlined paperwork and admin. It's a big 👍 from me.

Cons:

Parent's have to specify boy/girl when signing children up and there is no option to remove this. It's not information we need so essentially something we shouldn't ask under GDPR. It also makes it tricky for any members who identify as non binary.

Makes life easier

Comments: Overall good. The support team do their best to help even though the system has its limits. Saves time but still has room to improve. But support is always friendly and tries to help even when certain features are frustrating to use.

Pros:

Some good features including putting in holidays etc

Cons:

Can't add weekly classes or charge for weeks per month. Some glitches like cancelling people who don't pay but still leaving their child on the register . Overall it saves a lot of time but still needs work.

Comments: Excellent customer service. Has become more user friendly over time.

Pros:

I can re run terms, move parents from waiting lists tp term's, send emails, invoices and texts to parents.

Cons:

Non that i can recall at present. When i first started using i felt it was hard to find things and had to contact class for kids for help but this wasnt a problem.

Great for running classes

Comments: The support is fantastic! my questions are always answered and during the pandemic they have been a great support to our sector by not charging any fees. I would 100% recommend.

Pros:

The software makes tracking the children that come to my classes very easy and parents book with ease.

Cons:

There are no cons, as when I have encountered problems, they have listened and explained how I can do those things.

Pros:

The platform has been brilliant for us, the customer support is always on hand for any queries and very helpful, and it has everything we need.

Cons:

Some features would be good, such as short term classes (not camps) but all in all there are very few cons

Complete Game-changer!

Comments: This has enabled us to quickly organise our registers. We are able to chase payments and follow who has paid in a matter of seconds. The ability to quickly move kids between classes and days and reconciling all of their payment details has cut down on hours of admin time.

Pros:

This software has centralised and streamlined our whole booking system. It's so fast and efficient, all of our customers have given positive feedback. This will enable us to spend more time on the business than working in it. Allowing us more time to coach and less time chasing invoices.

Cons:

There are a couple of features that we would like to see added like waiting lists across all classes, a signature sign-in/out feature and we are always putting forward our ideas to the team. I'm sure in time these will become available.

Incredibly Supportive Company during a very difficult year

Comments: I have been blown away by the generosity and empathy Class4Kids has shown it's users, offering extended free periods during the pandemic. I was very well supported during the setting up process and continue to have good connections should I need them. I am yet to use the software to it's full capacity but am looking forward to seeing it's full potential and how it can support my business.

Pros:

I like it's simplicity. It's look. Most of all, it's price. It's very affordable.

Cons:

There are a couple of specific things that it doesn't do (very niche to the swimming industry) which other more expensive options do offer, however the cost savings involved completely outweigh these slight inconveniences.

Pros:

Once you have used it several times it is very easy to navigate and saves a lot of time from our old system

Cons:

We have only had the system for around 18months and so far have not found anything we dislike about it
