I improve the design of work
Comments: It favors productivity time and managing more collaborative work between everyone to have a good quality of work
Pros:
I improve teamwork because it is more united with real-time information that we can all see and thus be able to work on the same approach. I also like that when there is a new person in the team we do not have to go back in the work to give them an explanation because through Calamari there are all the necessary tutorials so that they can be updated with our work and thus have a simple interface between new personnel and the daily work done
Cons:
There is nothing to say that I dislike, I have no words to describe something bad that has happened to me
Amazing product
Comments: Calamari has been a game-changer for us managing staff leave. The tech support has been amazing.

Comments: Very good, technical support was very responsive.

Calamari: The Perfect Global Time Tracking Solution
Comments: We've been using Calamari for years, and it has been a perfect fit for our company's needs, especially with our team spread out around the globe. The clear functionalities and the English interface are definite pluses. I highly recommend this service!
Pros:
Mobile app especially is very good and easy to use.
Cons:
That you cannot modify easily time periods if employee moves from full-time to part-time, then it is hard to track hours
Highly recommend for team management for Slack based teams
Comments: Generally good. It helped to automate many processes in our agency.
Pros:
Integration with Slack, reliability of work, automation of many processes when using tool, team likes it, trusts it and uses it. No need to train or onboard team on the tool, its simple.
Cons:
Settings around holidays and limitations around breaks types for Slack. Not user friendly reporting. No dashboard of present employees.
Calamari Feedback for better feature
Comments: I hope there is a feature like, when someone submit their annual/sick leave, admin can receive the notification via email as soon as the submission published. Right now, calamari only provide the reminder approval for the request that has been submitted

They divided each project with color it's easier to check on it

They are not providing 'employee data' feature anymore, such as: address, emergency number, etc
Great low cost solution for clocking in and leave management.
Comments: Great experience, really like beacons and the mobile app.
Pros:
I love the Beacon feature which allows our staff to log in automatically when they come on the premises.
Cons:
Moving employee details like emergency contact details into Core HR was disappointing.
Calamari cant be great for leaves notifications
Comments: Its pretty good for what we want to use it for. But its a basic tool.

Slack notifications are really good. They help us keep up to date.
Cons:
There is no view to see full public holidays calendar.
Calamari: Easy to use, detailed and brilliant.
Comments: Top quality support and assistance. Excellent simple and clear tool but with many options for set up.

I like that it considers all the flexibility options. You can control and change anything. Also the customer support has been super! i have dealt with one person from start to the end (her name is Ewelina) and she has been a superstar in the transition and always available. Also the mobile app is amazing

Straightforward People Management
Pros:
Great time tracking, punch card, and other features. PTO tracking is also huge.
Cons:
The way that certain things have to be set up or configured, like PTO accruals, is a little more complicated than it needs to be.
Best HR Tracker for Slack
Comments: Its quite good but I worry about the price hike of calamari
Pros:
I love that it integrate to slack seamlessly so that you dont have to have too much app in this digital age.
Cons:
I dislike the price hike of calamari. In 1 year, the annual cost almost doubled. And I dislike that some of the feature that was in the old and cheaper version was split into another product that you have to pay again.
Good Product for Trackign Employee time worked and time off schedules
Comments: Overall we like the product. It keeps track of time off and daily timeclock functinos very well. It is highly customizable. I just have a hard time getting help if I need it, which luckily isn't too often.

It is so fexible, it can be difficult to set up. Getting help after initial setup has been challenging for me sometimes also.

Comments: Experience with Calamari is beyond my expectations.
Pros:
I've been looking for a time and PTO tracker for my teams as we grow, and we have been previously using spreadsheets which has become too tedious. I signed up for a trial with Calamari and it was an easy discovery of value for money. Setup was easy, and whenever I encountered hiccups, their support was amazingly responsive (3-4 mins response time). I've seen bugs but they fix it in just a few minutes after I reported it. The effort their support team takes to actually help me out was very much commendable (they fixed my accrual rules, sent me screenshots of my actual account on where I can tweak something). They are also very patient, I love tinkering and their support walked me through the entire setup.The integrations with Slack and Google Calendar are also one of the many things I loved.
Cons:
Not really a con, but I'd love to see an option to restrict requests on specific months/days.

Comments: Great experience overall and very happy. It would be amazing to have the chance to discuss with an agent to develop even better our own utilization and see how to improve together with a feedback session to reply to particular needs.
Pros:
Calamari is straight forward, easy to understand and to use as well to integrate iwth other app such as App calendar to share with the whole team
Cons:
Some of the logic of the system could be more optimized like having an automatic calculation to subtract the overtime from the absence so we know if we are in positive or not. We right now doing this internally and would love to have it implemented.

Easy to Use and Worth the Cost
Comments: Great! This product is perfect for our needs right now.
Pros:
Calamari is easy to use and useful for a small employee population. It is simple and you don't have to pay for the big scale HRIS and timekeeping software for a small population. Its features are still targeted not requiring the use of a generic product for the smaller employers. All of the technical support and customer Service I have received has been quick and exceptional!
Cons:
it would be nice to be able to have at least one report option that is ad hoc and customizable.

Cons:
One area that I liked least was the limited customization options. While the core functionalities of time tracking and leave management were solid, the ability to customize the platform to match specific business requirements was somewhat limited. Having more flexibility in terms of customizing leave policies, approval workflows, and reports would have been beneficial for organizations with unique needs.
