Their support staff often respond quickly and are patient addressing questions and concerns we have regarding the product and Countly's interaction with our custom mobile app software. > > **Cons**: Although I have never personally had an issue with this upgrade process, the upgrade process does involve command line steps and execution of bash scripts that can sometimes take upwards of 15 minutes to complete.
