> **Pros**: Ease of using Enterprise Tag Management
Earlier we used JSMD, that was a pain
Even a person with NON Coding background can change/update tags using Ensighten
Adding basic beacons on new pages and Interactions have never been so easy

> **Cons**: There are some issues with Enterprise Tag Management, that some time caused double beaconing in Production.
Also, I have faced issues while setting up test environment using a plugin.
Changes that I have made to test environment are some times reverted and I do not get a prompt as well.

> Ensighten's implementation is straightforward and easy. A single line of code helps to simplify the minefield of web tags when dealing with multiple channels/sources of traffic. The tag management system is robust and covers all of our needs. The greatest upside is the comprehensive analytics and attribution. It is one thing to collect as much data as possible, it is another to weave a coherent picture that allows for actionable analysis. Ensighten has been incredibly fruitful so far. The only downside is that it is not free. But when a system provides this much fruit and support, it's hard to argue the cost.
