While we aren't given many credits, I do feel that it's till a good value for the money. I had an issue during the holidays and tried to reach out, but was not able to get a quick response back. There wasn't any posted holiday hours listed I could find. They did get back to me and handle the issue after the holiday however. I'm happy with the resolution, but would've liked a faster response back to me. > > Overall I feel like it's a great platform. I think there's some areas where we could improve or change, but overall--it does it's job and certainly serves its purpose of helping encourage the habit of a positive shout out of other coworkers.
