The team provides relevant and easy to follow guidelines to answer my questions. I also find the online video tutorials to be extremely efficient, especially since they are referred to within the platform itself. There are links to the videos at various locations so it's very easy to access immediate guides. > > **Cons**: My only complaint so far is that they don't support right-to-left languages so it makes our website less visually appealing to the public. Another issue is that the difference between the plans isn't so obious so it's a little unclear at first which plan is the right one to sign up to. > > I set up the website for our community lending library using the Website Builder feature and it has been a blessing. We are so happy that we don't need to use Excel files or handwritten notes to manage the inventory and lending process. Everyone who sees our site comments on how simple the process it and it's been received very well in our community. ----- ### "Great software to run your rental business" — 4.0/5 > **Samuel** | *5 January 2025* | Consumer Services | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: It streamlined my organization of my AC rental business. Very easy and intuitive user interface. > > **Cons**: Processing or recording payments are not yet available on the Android app. No way to automatically plug into accounting software. > > Very good, save for some essential features which aren't available yet. ----- ### "Excellent software that keeps getting better with every update\!" — 5.0/5 > **Jacqueline** | *1 August 2026* | Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: What I love most about Booqable is their commitment to continuous improvement. They are constantly iterating, rolling out new features, and refining the platform based on real feedback. For our beach equipment rental business, the online booking flow is seamless, inventory tracking is accurate, and payment processing is smooth. It makes managing inventory and scheduling deliveries hassle-free. > > **Cons**: As with any rapidly evolving software, occasionally new feature rollouts or UI updates require a short adjustment period to tweak our workflow, but customer support is responsive whenever questions come up. > > Booqable has been an essential tool for running and scaling our rental business. It handles online reservations, inventory tracking, and payments seamlessly in one place. Knowing that the team behind Booqable is actively building and improving the software gives us full confidence that it will continue supporting our growth. ----- ### "Happy Camper" — 5.0/5 > **Raygen** | *2 August 2026* | Machinery | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: Booqable has been a great addition to my Rental Company. My customers love being able to book online 24/7. This process frees me and my employees up to put our energy into more important tasks. Being able to book a customer support call has been very helpful. I primarily deal with \[sensitive content hidden\] as my customer service rep and it’s been very positive. I have come across this that Booqable can’t do yet but they always take my request into account and see if they can continue to improve my experience. All in all it’s been great. > > **Cons**: Something’s are limiting but they’re continuing working on capabilities . Sometimes not being able to get ahold of customer service immediately can be frustrating. But with the Ai tool and the help section a lot can be done without the help of a rep. > > Positive experience working with Booqable. Customer service is great. Integrated apps work well ----- ### "NO SUPPORT outside of their time zone." — 1.0/5 > **Paul** | *7 July 2025* | Construction Software | Recommendation rating: 1.0/10 > > **Pros**: When it works... to often when experiencing an issue or need help with a how-to issue, support is nowhere to be found. > > **Cons**: NO SUPPORT\! I have an equipment rental business and have been down all day with a "You are already signed in " error. I'm not signed in anywhere else and there is no way to end all sessions if one got hung. Unacceptable\! I have customers who want to book, and now I'm having to do everything manually. I've tried writing customer support but have gotten 0 responses. They have no support number to call or anything... so I'm screwed. They're based in the Netherlands, so either they are too busy getting high or sleeping. If you run an international company, you MUST provide 24-hour support. I dislike writing negative reviews and can understand technical issues, but you must at least support the time zones in which you're trying to do business. Looking for alternatives... I'm done Booqable. > > Beyond disappointed as it's affecting my bottom line. They want to be an international company, but only in their time zone. ----- Page: 1 / 49\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/138689/booqable?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/138689/booqable) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | | tr | | ----- ## Structured Data
