I've never seen such a responsive team with great personalities and a genuine eagerness to solve an issue. So rare these days. And, not just once. I have probably asked for help a dozen times. Same experience every time\!  They are worth far more than they are charging for this product.

> **Pros**: As a long time user of MembershipWorks, we regularly look to see if it still fits our needs... The answer is always yes. Renewals etc. need so little admit time, that we can focus on adding value for members and not have to worry about the system. We did have a complicated move of some members from a different instance of the system, but the team in Membershipworks were there for us.

> **Cons**: I thought that this is a negative, but will explain why it ended up a Plus&#10;&#10;We often think that we want to integrate MW into some of our other systems. We go through conversations about asking for APIs, hooks etc.  These are not readily available... and we find another way to do what we want... or reassess the importance that the functionality would add... But, the plus side... by not having people like us dipping in and out of the database, MW can maintain a secure and reliable system... which should be the primary need of all orgs. It is also fun for us to look for workarounds, and finding ways to improve our work, which are almost always simpler than developing a bespoke app or integration.

> **Pros**: The customer support at MembershipWorks is THE best I've ever experienced from any company, ever\! Every team member — \[sensitive content hidden\] — knows the product inside and out. (That I know all of their names tells you how often I've called :). On the rare occasions I stump them with my questions, they find out and get back to me immediately.&#10;&#10;\[sensitive content hidden\] was my first contact with the company and also ran my onboarding session. He's super sharp and offers great out-of-the-box thinking and clever solutions, along with a dose of fun. We're usually laughing by the end of our calls. &#10;&#10;In addition to the support, the program itself is pretty easy to use, very powerful, and offers a lot of customization options which I take full advantage of.

> **Cons**: My company's needs are a bit unique so some of the features don't work how I need them to, particularly when it comes to analysis, reporting and form customization. But between the customization options and the team’s expertise, I’ve been able to make the software work really well for my organization’s unique needs.

> **Pros**: This software checked all of the boxes that the association had on their wishlist. It works flawlessly with their existing website and the member interface (portal) seemed to be intuitive enough that there wasn't a lot of errors or pushback. The association's goal was to automate as many processes as possible, since there was no regular office staff to answer questions. Product support was among the best I've experienced.

> **Cons**: Not a huge fan of wordpress which is used for site management.  We have multiple chapters that use it for their chapter information and it's difficult for them to navigate.
