We go through conversations about asking for APIs, hooks etc. These are not readily available... and we find another way to do what we want... or reassess the importance that the functionality would add... But, the plus side... by not having people like us dipping in and out of the database, MW can maintain a secure and reliable system... which should be the primary need of all orgs. He's super sharp and offers great out-of-the-box thinking and clever solutions, along with a dose of fun. We're usually laughing by the end of our calls.
