> **Cons**: The lack of quality Controls and the dashboard can be improved.

> My experience is that the system is very user friendly and can be adapted to suit our business and our requests. Suggestions for improvement, thus what we  would like for future studies, is  information to facilitate the procedure of quality control, such as disagreement rates, cumulative event distribution among reviewers etc. It would also be nice to have the possibility perform the quality control of adjudicated events (often 5%) within the system but independant and outside from the Produktion Environment.

Pros: interface, detection of changes in data, flexibility, commitment of user support
Cons: initial version only available on Internet Explorer
