Pros:
FLS are one of the few companies that delivers exactly what they say and what the product can do. FLS has been a fantastic addition to our business and has delivered real value. The FLS team were engaged throughout and continues to be as we further develop the proposition together, making the experience a partnership and providing great customer engagement and understanding.

First Class Product
Comments: The implementation of FLS into our business has helped to improve technician productivity and also free up time spent on manual planning processes. We have been able to invest this time saved into improved customer service. The FLS team have been very helpful and knowledgeable about scheduling and can propose numerous methods to help simplify and improve our planning processes.
Pros:
Ability to be able to appointment book makes it easier for colleagues to advise customers when technicians can attend. Optimisation helps to quickly schedule jobs if needed and is a great support for a planner when ensuring routes make sense.
Cons:
There are a lot of settings and a small tweak can have a significant impact.

Pros:
The ability to review the health and safety of our field team by reviewing they have started work, arrived on site and completed work. The data we get from the feed from FLS ensures we can work to KPI's and know more about our business.
Cons:
Limitations in some of the data extracts

FLS VisiTour - Boosting efficiency and simplifying complex planning
Comments: FLS VisiTour has been a game change for our field service operations. Scheduling is now much quicker, saving us time in both the back office and in the field. Optimized routes have helped to reduce potential mileage, saving time and cost. This time can instead be spent with customers instead of on the road. We're able to offer our customers a faster and more reliable service. Highly recommend!
Pros:
Saves time scheduling work. Optimizes routes automatically removing the headache of trying to eyeball which route is best for the right engineer. Staff spend more time in front of equipment and less time on the road, making them and the customer happier. Using VisiTour gives us a consistent service for our customers, ensuring all jobs are taken into consideration at the same time, rather than just one job at a time.
Cons:
There's a learning curve to using the system. The system itself is intuitive, getting the most out of some of the advanced features require careful thought and consideration. A small change in one setting could have a powerful impact for all users. We found it important to set up different roles for users to limit who can make changes to core system settings.

Comments: Excellent, the customer service / support is incredible and its a great piece of software that could be added to any operation.
Pros:
its a fantastic product that can be adapted in many ways to ensure it meets the requirements of your operation. Despite its complex capabilities, its very user friendly and has great visual representation to enable users to see exactly what is going on within a few seconds.
Cons:
I wouldn't necessarily deem it to be a 'con' in terms of the software itself, more so around the many additional add-ons that you can have. although this is a huge positive in the sense you can tailor to your needs, my personal preference would be to have one upfront cost for everything demonstrated in the initial discussion.

Thanks for your transparent review Danielle. Your environment is unusual and it was great the flexibility of FLS VISITOUR was able to adapt to this challenge in combination with the Call Pool feature on FLS MOBILE used by engineers and GPS Tracking. Reactive calls and planned maintenance scheduling is not 'one size fits all' and it was great to find the right balance for centralised control and visibility while taking advantage of engineer on-site knowledge.
Field Management of Building Surveyors and Site Engineers
Comments: FLS has helped Innovation Property (UK) make a significant step change in our ability to effectively manage the capacity of our field resources. The software tells the business where the surveyor is, how long it will take to get to their appointment, how long the surveyor has been on site, and where they're going next. It enables Innovation Property (UK) to give its customers real time information (for example exactly when to expect a surveyor to arrive), but also ensures it only sends a surveyor with the appropriate skill set and equipment for each claim, not just any surveyor.' Innovation Property (UK) can now cluster required appointments to optimise the number of visits per day,which has been especially effective during the recent weather surge events, where claims volumes increased by over 600% above the daily average for a sustained period. We had been using FLS for only a month across our business, before we were able to quantify deliverable exceptional benefits. For example, reducing surveyor mileage times between appointments from an average of 34 miles per job to 19 miles. This allows less time for travelling and more time spent in Customer's homes helping them after a property insurance claim. The ease in which the business was able to deploy the software across all of its operating units and field resources was a testament to the flexibility of the solution and the service provided by the FLS support team. For Innovation Property (UK) this has been an excellent investment in a SaaS solution, delivering significant value, both financially and operationally for the business.

The fact you have gone on from Innovation Property to found your own business and want to use FLS VISITOUR again speaks volumes and you will always be up there in the FLS hall of fame as our first customer in the UK!
We experienced other dynamic routing software but none were as flexible.
Pros:
Bespoke to our requirements and great versatility. Reliable over hundreds of routes per week. We were able to assist in development to our requirements and return to fine tune many times until totally satisfied with the product.
Cons:
Paying a licence fee :)))). Seriously there was absolutely nothing that put us off the product and it made our surveyors life better which reduced follow up work at the service centre and enhanced relations between surveyors and claims technicians.
