Customer support is great and they respond quickly - platform is super easy to use and the GUI is intuitive. Log searching andd data analysis are the strongpoints of Datadog - you can take an insane amount of data, and distill it quickly. You can do dev work as well in Datadog, and monitor pipelines. Datadog can also act as a SIEM and a log management solution for an EXTREMELY low barrier/cost to entry. > > **Cons**: It is COMPLEX. I mean very, very complex. There are things that are extremely easy to use in Datadog, but overall, the entire suite is very sophisticated and complex.
