Not sure who else it goes to…. But I’ve had issues a blotted for a week with no response. There is no customer service number so you’re tied to the online chat. As a visual and audio learner, reading is the least efficient way for me as a customer to get the information needed. If someone registers, it may show it, but it does not show up. I have tried two different methods that they suggest and there are still huge errors with it. I tried to update my billing and get the please wait processing and it never progresses. There are issues when people think they are registered for my site and they are not, they are signed on to Ngin, but not mine. Sometimes a pop up shows up, but most of the time it does not. There should be a banner or something to flag people as that would save so much time and frustration. > > Poor. If you are OK reading and not getting support from a person, this would work.
