CHANGING PLANS
Customers can upgrade or downgrade at any time from inside the app. Upgrades take effect immediately so new features are available straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing term, so customers keep what they paid for until then.

REFUNDS
Because every paid plan starts with a free trial, subscription charges are non-refundable once the subscription is active. Customers can cancel at any time to stop future billing. If there is a concern within 7 days of the first charge, our team will review it with the customer.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are processed securely through Chargebee. We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI and net banking. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.

WHATSAPP MESSAGING COSTS
WhatsApp charges for template messages (marketing, utility and authentication) according to Meta's pricing for each country.
